I recently purchased my first luxury vehicle. An Acura TL. I originally started to take the vehicle to my local Acura dealership for service. I get my BMW here all the time and the service has always been done timely and to the mark. Although the services may seem pricey, I would say it is worth every penny I spend. Eric is always my go to guy at this place , he’s very welcoming and he ensures that you recieve personalized individual attention. He always calls you back with regular updates on your situations and he explains all services being perfomed clearly. I had an absolute wonderful experience here. I called about replacing a head light on my Mercedes. They said to just stop in and they would take a look. I stopped by after work and to my pleasant surprise he went outside right away (in the pouring rain might I add) to fix the bulb. While fixing the bulb he noticed a spring was missing which would have caused the bulb to melt the plastic! After he saw that he was able to get the car in the shop and have the mechanic quickly fix that issue. I was so impressed by the the work ethic and ability to help right away! I literally only there for 30 minutes and my headlight was fixed. To make my experience even better they just charged me for the bulb! Therefore, the cost was a 1/3 of what the dealership quoted me on the phone and I would have had to wait 1/5 weeks to get it fixed. This place is amazing and I would highly recommend it to everyone!Top notch customer service. (FYI I have also visited the one in the Carmel which was great as well!)read more

We broke down in the middle of the night 200 miles from home and having no luck at the Jaguar dealership found ourselves at Pete's. We took a room for the night locally and showed up in the morning and we were met by the owner. He took our car in made arrangements for a loaner car and repaired our vehicle honestly and professionally at a very reasonable price.I am glad that they where there to help us or I fear I might still be stuck with a broken down MUCH THANKS TO ERIC AND HIS TEAM!!Ethon Begounread more

As usual, Management has gone out of their way to be helpful, and the bond of trust continues. Recently I had a bluetooth/DVD player installed in my Volvo XC90 at Best Buy Geek Squad. The installation went smoothly and the system works well (only Volvo parts were used). Unfortunately a "side" issue resulted in a sensor alerting me to an Airbag issue which according to Volvo, can only be turned off by a Volvo technician. I brought my Volvo to Pete's thinking here we go again, I am going to be charged to turn off a warning sensor for a problem that does not exist. Even though Volvo itself told me this sensor was tripped by the stereo installation. My fear was that Volvo wanted to charge me to analyze an airbag problem that didn't exist. On visiting Pete's, I spoke with Eric who immediately ran the scanner and took all the necessary time to clear the alert, never once spoke of a charge, and he did not charge me. I could not be more grateful.read more
